This policy explains the consent you give us to call and text you, what those messages are for, and how to stop them at any time.
Who this covers
This policy covers calls and text messages sent by Hanson Digital Marketing LLC (doing business as HansonSEO) of Springfield, Missouri. It applies to the phone number you give us through our website, by phone, by email or in person.
What you agree to when you opt in
When you tick the consent box on our request form, or otherwise give us your number and agree to be contacted, you consent to receive recurring calls and text messages from us at that number. These messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, an artificial or prerecorded voice, or a text messaging platform, and may relate to your enquiry, scheduling a call, your account, service updates and offers about our services.
Consent is never a condition
You do not have to agree to receive calls or texts to submit a request, to receive a quote, or to buy any service from us. If you choose not to opt in, we will still reply to your enquiry by email or through the channel you used to contact us.
Message frequency, rates and carriers
Message frequency varies depending on your enquiry and activity. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier and device.
How to opt out or get help
Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts from that number. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at contact@hansonseo.com or (833) 593-6940. You may also ask us at any time to stop calling you, and we will remove you from our calling list. Opting out of texts does not end any service you have purchased, and it does not stop transactional emails about your account.
Your mobile number is not sold or shared
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. We use your number only to contact you as described above and share it only with the messaging providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.
How we record your consent
When you submit a form on this site, we record whether you agreed to calls and texts, the exact consent language shown to you at that moment, and the date and time of your submission. You can withdraw consent at any time using the opt-out options above.
