HansonSEO is the trading name of Hanson Digital Marketing LLC, a Missouri limited liability company that operates hansonseo.com and provides the services described below.
Services
Hanson Digital Marketing LLC provides website building, Google Business Profile management and paid advertising management. Each service can be bought on its own or in a discounted bundle, on a monthly basis. The scope of work for your plan is confirmed in writing before work begins.
Billing
Monthly plans are billed in advance and renew each month until cancelled. Bundles have fixed monthly prices: Website Building + Google Business Profile $538/mo; Website Building + Paid Ads $673/mo; Google Business Profile + Paid Ads $763/mo; all three plans $932/mo. A bundle is billed as one monthly subscription. If you add or remove a plan, the new price, whether a bundle price or a single-plan price, applies from the next billing month. Advertising spend is paid by you directly to the advertising platform and is not included in our management fee. Invoices are due on receipt unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Website Building minimum term
Website Building includes the design and build of your website and has a minimum term of six monthly payments, after which it continues month to month. If you cancel Website Building during the minimum term, billing continues until six monthly payments have been made, and the plan then ends. If a bundle that includes Website Building is cancelled during the minimum term, the other plans end at the close of the period already paid and Website Building continues at its single-plan price until the minimum term is complete. Your domain remains yours throughout, and the website's design, content and files transfer to you at no charge once the minimum term is complete. Google Business Profile and Paid Ads have no minimum term.
Paid Ads budget and pauses
We recommend an advertising budget of at least $1,000 per month for Paid Ads. You may pause Paid Ads once in any twelve-month period for up to sixty days by giving notice before your next billing date; no management fee is charged while the plan is paused.
Calls and text messages
If you give us your phone number and agree to be contacted, we may call or text you at that number about your enquiry, your account and our services, including messages sent using an automated system. Agreeing to calls and texts is never required to submit a request, get a quote or buy a service. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or ask us to stop calling. Your responsibilities
We need timely access to your website, business profile and advertising accounts, plus accurate information about your services and service area. Delays in access or approvals can delay delivery.
Results
Search and advertising performance depends on factors outside our control, including competition and platform policy. We commit to the work described in your plan and to transparent reporting, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue.
Cancellation
You can cancel online at hansonseo.com/cancel or by emailing contact@hansonseo.com. Your notice is effective on the date we receive it and must be received before your next billing date to stop that charge. Your plan then ends at the close of the billing period already paid, subject to the Website Building minimum term. Work already delivered and fees already billed are not refunded.
